In the app
- On your phone or in Pipr on a computer, tap your initials at the top.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete my account.
If the phone still has work that hasn't been sent, Pipr asks you to send it first, so nothing you did is lost. Find some signal, wait for the sync button to show everything sent, and try again.
Without the app
If you can't open Pipr any more, send us a message from our contact form. Write Delete my account, your name, your shop's name and the email or Google or Apple account you sign in with. We reply by email to confirm, and delete it within 30 days.
If you own the shop
If you're your shop's only owner, your account is the shop's, so deleting it means closing the shop's account. In Pipr on a computer, open Settings and, at the bottom, download your records, then close the shop's account. Everyone in the shop is signed out, and the shop's records are deleted after 90 days unless an owner signs in again to reopen it. If your shop has another owner, you can delete just your own account from the app.
What is deleted and what your shop keeps
- Deleted: your sign-in (and every phone and browser signed in as you), the number the office texts you at, and your own settings, such as your language and colors.
- Kept by your shop: the work you did is your shop's business record, so visits, bills and estimates still show your name, and your hours stay for your shop's payroll. Your shop's history of changes is kept as well.
Our Privacy Policy says more about what Pipr keeps and for how long.
